Spring Party Weekend

Dear students:

Spring Party Weekend (SPW) is almost here, and the SPW committee has worked hard to plan a great event, where we can enjoy ourselves, stay safe, and respect our neighbors.

Spring Party Weekend is a chance for us to celebrate the end of the year with an event that offers something for everyone: athletic competitions, great music, and lots of food.  Click here for a full schedule.  We are grateful to those who are helping with event management and clean-up.  These volunteers make SPW possible, so please take a minute to thank these students and staff for their efforts.

Finally, we expect attendees and their guests to be considerate of others and to keep each other safe.  This year we have taken additional steps to support student safety:  requiring wristbands for all SPW events, registering all guests, admitting Colgate students, alumni and guests who are 18 or older, and concluding all events at 2 am. Click here for the full admission policy. 

Should you choose to drink alcohol, we expect students and their guests to drink in moderation and to take care of each other.  We remind you of Colgate’s Medical Amnesty policy and Good Samaritan policy for individuals and organizations.
